SALON POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and you won’t be charged.

Same Day Cancellations and appointments that result in a No-Show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.

*All bookings require a credit card number to secure an appointment. Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

LATECOMER POLICY

Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, might need rescheduling and will incur a late cancelation fee.

RE-WORK POLICY 

If you are unhappy with your service, we ask you to contact us immediately. Adjustments will be honored as long as we are contacted within 7 days from your original appointment. We also ask that you refrain from trying to resolve it yourself or go to another salon as we will not be able to perform the complimentary rework appointment. We will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds of any kind however if a product is faulty then we will exchange it.
